Experience

In the field of banking and finance, Zuzana focuses on providing legal services for banks and private clients. She collaborated on a project to finance the construction of logistics warehouses and the construction of residential real estate.

Within the field of environmental law and waste management, Zuzana is involved in various projects and investments, especially in the field of circular economy and renewable energy sources. Zuzana collaborated on the project of a technological center for the recycling of plastic waste as well as on the project of building a mobile facility for the treatment of mixed municipal waste.

Zuzana provides legal advice to corporate clients, whether in the establishment of new companies or in setting up relationships between partners and in the normal activities of companies. Zuzana established relations between the partners of various project companies established for projects in the field of waste management (Ltd. And JSCo) and also provided legal advice to the shareholders of the European company. Zuzana also works on various types of contracts, legal analyzes and has had the opportunity to provide legal advice on acquisitions.

Zuzana focuses her practice on real estate law and construction. She cooperates with real estate agencies and helps them to draw up various types of contracts for their clients.

The decision to cooperate with Semančín & Partners was a result from the changes that our company went through in 2019.
