Lucia has gained experience from a long-term work as an in-house lawyer in a courier company, providing comprehensive advice in the field of commercial, civil, labour law, etc.
Lucia also works at the University as an external collaborator at the Department of Labor Law and Social Security Law at the Trnava University in Trnava at the Faculty of Law.
Since 2019, she has been listed as an intermediary for the resolution of collective disputes in the list of the Ministry of Labour, Social Affairs and Family of the Slovak Republic for 2022-2024. She is currently in her second term. As part of this practice, she resolved a collective dispute in the field of healthcare.
In her practice, she focuses on the field of labour law and occupational health and safety, personal data protection, postal law and the basics of cyber and information security in the field of IT law.
In 2023, it received the Data Protection Officer ("DPO") award for 2022. She is active in publishing, lecturing at Slovak conferences, and at the same time she is the author of many professional articles on the topic of labour law, personal data protection, postal law, etc.
