Make registration or changes in the Commercial Register by the end of March, otherwise it will cost you more!

We would like to inform you that with effect from 1 April 2024 the court fees pursuant to Act No. 71/1992 Coll. on Court Fees and the fee for an extract from the criminal record and the administrative fees pursuant to Act No. 145/1995 on Administrative Fees will be increased.

We refer specifically to the fees associated with the registration of a company in the Commercial Register and the amendment of the company's data in the Business Register.
